Utterly unhelpful. Queuing to get into the branch for 10 minutes, I then spoke to someone who directed me to an ATM which couldn?t do the transaction I wanted. So I queued for 40 minutes (there were only two people in front of me, one of which was upsold a £20k loan she didn?t need) for the cashier service, only to be told they couldn?t accept the money I wanted to pay in. Extremely unhelpful. They told me to go to HSBC. Some of the staff wore no masks despite expecting all customers to wear them, and half are just wandering around the branch doing nothing. Complete waste of time.
