I ordered a jacket on line. I have had NO update on the progress of delivery and have tried calling customer service. After a few minutes I was told to raise my query on line! Very disappointed.

Would give less if could I paid for an item. Evri the company they use to deliver said they tried to deliver could not get access checked my cctv they had not and wanted money for a redelivery. It's not a shop. It's offices.Decent companies work here. I'm sure they like working here, it's a convenient location.But it's not a shop.
