On 5 September I entered the Vodafone store in Camden, once I entered I said good morning out loud, and neither of the two assistants deigned to welcome me and answer me. but they sat silently looking at their phone. I intended to get a loan for the S23Ultra, the smart watch and the SIM change at Vodafone, but I did it at O2 where they were very kind and helpful unlike Vodafone.

Got a sim from vodafone, was told to come to the same place a week later to add roaming. Went there a week later to find I was given a VOXI sim and they couldn?t help me with it, absolute idiots.

Super friendly and helpful team at this Vodafone store. Stopped in today to get a mobile WiFi sim package and the service was amazing.

Went there yesterday to have my phone upgraded and as they were the only store close to me that had the model I wanted, I went to the store in Camden. I was helped by Cristina, she was really amazing, fantastic customer service and the whole procedure was over in 25 minutes, there was me thinking it would be an hour plus. Great experience, thanks to Cristina and Vodafone Camden high street! Thanks!

Felt compelled to write this review as I?m still dumbfounded by the truly appalling customer service. 3 staff members sitting doing nothing?my phone was unusable. They were not only unhelpful but rude and arguing with me in front of my children. Refused to help me?shocking customer service and these staff all need reviews and further training asap

Lazy staff, they say to everyone computers are very slow, please come back later. After 2-3 hours, still the same issue. I said, i am working I can?t take every 2 hours break. Then she sort out my problem. But she forgot to activate my card and I can?t make any phone calls. So I have been there one more time. Please do your job properly! Don?t waste people?s time!

Terrible customer service... I just went for a sim card.. waiting there 15 mins with no customers in the store, at the end they were trying to sell me contracts.. i went to the next door provider and i had a sim in seconds.

I bought wifi sim package for 1 month use. I called the switchboard to cancel the network registration for the sim after 2 days of use, they forced me to pay for 3 months. really bad . i paid the fee and felt the worst vodafone network in the UK.

I walked in and received fast and professional service, with my new phone plan ready to use the next day. This was a blessing since my old network was truly abysmal. The transition to Vodaphone was seamless and I am very happy with my new service.
