I was so nice to the cashier but she was so rude back!! I only brought one keychain and the lady scanned it and threw it at my hand and missed. Like girl it was literally a one second interaction so pressed and for what ?- she was blonde,short and was the only cashier around 3-4ish on the 14tg

CAMDEN STORE!
Incompetent staff who left the security tag on one of my daughter?s clothes. Made to feel like a thief. Had to wait in queue again to remove security tag.
I said to my wife that they need to sort the staff out to then be confronted by the security person who had serious attitude problem. Made us late for our next appointment. No apology at all

Great sale selection. Plus, I forgot my purse with all my belongings inside and realized I didn?t have it 20 minutes after the store had closed. The kindest employee (whose name I unluckily don?t know) answered my phone call and waited for me to come back and gave it to me even though the store was already closed. Besides the beautiful clothes, I?m eternally grateful!

Really bad experience with impolite staffs. The girl served the fitting room was really rude! She asked me to put hangs on the cloths before giving back to her. I literally tried, cuz I think it may be helpful for her. But she just stood in front of me and saw me holding so many things without giving a hand. Seconds later another kind staff came and naturally took the clothes.
Another issue - I just literally tried a Jean then ask for changing another one with the same size because of the pruning problem. Then after I tried the new one , it still has something not satisfied. I asked the staff for changing another one again with sorry and please. The staff said he was not sure whether they have inventory, then went to check. Unbelievably, he said that one was the last one !? Excuse me?! I literally tried another one just minutes before. That?s make no sense at all!

Extremely rude staff, bring down the store reputation with their attitude. There was one amazing staff member who?s kindness was overshadowed by everyone else?s rude behaviour. Minimal communication and no politeness to be seen at all. Would not shop here, find another UO that will at least let you leave feeling mildly satisfied.

Can never get enough of this place. All nostalgic, retro and modern at the same time. One of the few superstores that help other brands move through time. Love the gift ideas especially. Just a lot to look at even if you aren't buying anything!

Fitting Room "attendant" accused me of 'being high' because I asked if it was possible to use the changing room.
The petite African, after making sure the BIN was spotless (?!) pointedly ignored me and my 13yr old, who needed to try on items.
A lot of chaos could've been avoided as people didn't know where they were going or what the protocol is regarding the numbers of items allowed/ noted in stalls.
A perfect place to rob garments as the 'attendant' seems to ignore everyone coming in and tries to humiliate you when approached for assistance.
I did complain to management, who explained she was agency staff, so a reminder to anyone shopping here that the agency staff have no respect for the customers (I would say resent them, going by my personal experience of this branch)
Avoid and spend your hard earned cash somewhere with better customer service, or even staff that don't resort to trying to humiliate you in front of your child because they are inefficient at their job. Even if it is just putting hangers back.
