The server was aloof, she did not even look up from her phone. The ham and cheese toastie was £6.15 which is extortionate. I hadn?t eaten all day so I was starving by 7pm. When I opened the sandwich to eat it was off. I really stank. Very embarrassing on the train for over an hour with people looking at me because of the stench. I hid it in my bag but that of course just made my bag stink.I wouldn?t bother complaining but for the fact that I was so embarrassed.

I had a pepperoni melt which was unfortunately underwhelming, however the pain au chocolat was excellent. The reason for my 5* review is the wonderful customer service received by Shiful (I hope I am spelling that correctly!) at around 5.40 pm on 11th Sept at Marylebone, he is a wonderfully friendly and kind person who made recommendations for sandwiches - unfortunately I went against them as my knack for pepperoni got the better of me and ordered the melt, but I shall certainly return for his Katsu curry sandwich suggestion! Many thanks to him for being so approachable and helpful.
