Check-in was straightforward, and the lady on reception was very nice and friendly. However, it’s frustrating that you can’t access your room a second before 3pm unless you pay £15 — though that isn’t reception’s fault.

Location is excellent rooms were clean and a great size. Bathroom a little tied and a little worn but reception staff were friendly and helpful. Good value , shame the reception area doesn't have a bar tea, coffee station are maybe toilets but maybe due to size. Will stay again if in the area again.
