Customer service and the rooms can be improved. Couldn?t do early check-in which is ok, but there is no common area to rest. They have a small cafe downstairs that was closing after breakfast when I arrived. They wanted to make me pay full price buffet even to get a small snack, no other options. There?s only one bathroom in the common area and it is only unlocked with a room key. The attitude of some of the staff was also not very friendly.Room was ok, decent size, but the heater didn?t work properly and the shower drain was clogged so the water from the shower floor overflowed into the rest of the bathroom

I read the reviews on here before checking in and didn?t hold up much hope but I was very pleasantly surprised. Literally across the road from Euston train and bus stations, therefore perfect as a central London link. Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was on the second floor. It was whisper quiet, immaculately clean and spacious with all the amenities I needed. I booked breakfast (located on the lower ground), very nice little set up, my food was fresh, hot and tasty and from what I could see, they catered for most appetites. Again the staff were very courteous. This hotel will be my go to base for any future London visits.

A slightly grubby looking Travelodge opposite Euston Station. Standard room is fairly compact, bed is of average comfort, pillows are hard and too high. Room was clean though. Extremely noisy road running outside bedroom window, if you open curtains on ground floor then anyone on the street can see in! Good location for Euston Station and underground.

I do not recommend this hotel. The surrounding streets are extremely busy and noisy throughout the night, and there is little-to-no soundproofing in the rooms. The curtains let plenty of light in too. The reception and rooms are just run down and in need of a major revamp.On the positive side, all of the staff I spoke to were friendly.

A very convenient location for this hotel. It's a good place, decent room. But restaurant closed for renovations so breakfast is not being served.

The hotel?s 2 star rating is definitely visible as soon as you walk into the room as the carpets are stained, pillows are bumpy and the mattress half sunken. With my room being on the ground level, the noise of the busy road kept me up all night which was really annoying, try and upgrade your windows maybe Travelodge.

Room was fine, clean and presentable, nothing special but cosy enough for the three of us, fit the bill for a quick weekend getaway. Must commend the staff on their great customer service though, all that I spoke to were friendly, courteous and very helpful and you can't fault the location either.Noteworthy details: Great staff.

I paid extra for early check in after my 12 hour flight. I called yesterday to make sure that if I arrived early at 11:15 would my room be ready. I was assured over the phone that would not be a problem. But here we are today at 11:15 and somebody else tells me I have to wait 45 minutes. Sitting here now in the lobby glaring at her every 2 minutes. You get what you pay for here and that is only a bed. Zero customer service or guest satisfaction. THEN I finally got into my room and fell asleep when at 9 PM the fire alarm went off and we were all stuck outside in the cold for two hours, waiting for the fire department to put out the smoke from the maids closet, where she was lighting a blunt earlier.
