I went to the three store in Camden after being out of the country to get support.
Ayan the store manager was incredibly patient and so helpful. She made the whole process so simply and made sure I was up and running before I left.
Her kindness is truly valuable and she keeps that place going.

Only giving one star because i can't give none. Awful experience at this store. Went in to upgrade my phone early. paid off the remaining balance, set up a new contract and just as they pressed the submit button the whole network went down/ system froze so the staff member was unsure whether the contract had gone through. told me to get on with my day and that they would phone me back in a few hours. they never called back so i revisited the store at the end of the day and was told it still wasn't resolved so i would just have to wait. A few weeks went by, still zero contact from the store despite them saying they would keep me updated. Weeks later, i got an email saying my phone was ready to collect. I phoned to check with them that it was there and they assured me it was. when i got to the store the staff were very rude and didn't even say hello. i explained the situation and was told the phone had already been collected which it hadn't! i explained this was an error and stood there for ages (they didn't even offer me a seat, despite the fact i was carrying my child the whole time) while they tried to resolve. At this point, they said they would have to cancel it and start again. so I told them to just cancel it and not restart the process as i had already been messed around by three for weeks. the staff assured me this was cancelled and that i would not be charged any money at all. I then leave, take out a contract elsewhere only to find out that Three are continuing to charge me for a phone they never gave me!! Absolutely horrendous experience made even worse by the fact that the staff were so disengaged, rude and unhelpful the whole time. Has wasted so much of my time, energy and now money.

Three has terrible customer support. My phone was stolen, I contacted live chat and they couldn't give me a replacement eSIM, only physical. Told me to go to the store. I came to the store and they told me they can't accept my EU ID and driver's license, I need a passport. I got an eSIM three months ago with my EU ID.

Rude staff members and very unhelpful. All three want to do is take people's money they are happy to accept and sign you up without IDs; however, when it comes to cancellations, they ask a million questions and make all the excuses possible to make people's lives difficult.

Will never use them again in my life
Claims to have the ability to cancel line online, but line never cancelled - now they claim you can only do it via the phone... Ended up paying extra for a line I never used... No goodwill shown

Had an issue with my replacement SIM twice today, and Dimitar provided me with the best support and customer care imaginable. I was not in the best of ways from the issue as it was affecting my ability to work, but he was so professional, funny and engaging that it helped me twice today ensuring it would get resolved.

This email is to complain about the bad service at Three, on October 31 I upgraded my internet at home to 5 G at the Three store on Camden High Street, the person who helped me was Venni. At this time he didn't explain to me that I had to call Three on the phone to cancel my old plan and today I was surprised that they charged me £18.66 for the old plan (which I thought was already cancelled).I called Three in the afternoon and they could not find my information, even though I read them my new contract, for 20 minutes I was with an operator who, instead of helping me, did not give me any solution.I went at 6pm to the Three store on Camden High Street to speak to Venni (the person who sold me on the new plan) and he rudely told me that it was my fault, that I should have canceled the old plan ( My husband was with me and doesn't remember that he told us to cancel the old plan by phone).We gave Venni the email and phone number, which was put into the system and he told us to call three by phone, which I did in the store, but the person who answered us said that my information was not in the system, I passed the phone to Venni and after he told me that this data will be updated in 24 hours, which means that not only three charged me for a service that they are not providing (old plan, £18.66) but Venni said that they will also charge me for the extra days this month until I cancel the old plan, when I told him why he didn't give us complete information and they are charging extra money, Venni said that we should be grateful that they are giving us 3 months free with the new plan 5G internet (that is the offer on the shop when I accept the new plan, it is not a favor they are doing us). I demand a detailed explanation and the refund of £18.66 and no extra charge for the old internet plan that I have not been using, as I have another new plan with you since October 31.

I went into the Three Camden store at the end of the working day, hopeless about the functioning of my SIM. After listening to my problems, Felipe sent me away with a working SIM card! It made my day. Capable and kind staff make a difference. :)

Went to the store to collect a new sim after poor mobile data issues.Claudia was incredibly slow and rude stating that the ID doesn?t match when it is clearly the same person.
