The security guard is a bit weird and has a tendency to make people uncomfortable, he said hello to me as I came in but in this really creepy and off putting voice with a weird grin on his face, and stared me down the entire time I was in the first aisle, when I went to the second aisle he came and stood there and stared at me again as if he thought I was stealing or something. When it eventually came to paying, the lady on till asked if I wanted a superdrug card and I never had one so I didn?t know she?d want me email and address etc for it so I changed my mind and told her ?no thank you it?s okay sorry? and she just sort of got in a mood about it, as well she scanned my items and I payed, once I?d payed she tried to say she hadn?t scanned one of my items and would have to scan it and charge me again but I pointed on the screen and told her she had and she huffed and puffed about it like she wanted me to pay more on purpose without me realising, won?t be coming again it?s a weird atmosphere

One of my favourite branches! The staff and even security guard are soooo attentive and friendly, like they actually acknowledge and greet you! The highlight for me is how great their product knowledge is. They know where everything is moreover when products are on promotion. A big thank you to the Asian man with glasses (I didn't get his name) ?that served me this morning. It was a nice surprise to pop in for a few bits for my holiday, to be told its buy 1 get 1 free?

Extremely rude and unprofessional service from Sadiha.
Someone like that shouldn't work in customer service!.
Because of such employees like her the store loses loyal customers.
Sadiha should learn some manners or find a job not in front of customers!!!

Filippa, the store manager, was an absolute delight. We had such a lovely time swatching different products to help guide my decision-making. She had an impressive understanding of the range and truly listened to what I was looking for as a dark-skinned woman shopping for makeup. I can?t praise her enough her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made all the difference.

I went into the store to find maybellines sky high mascara in the colour black. It turns out, the colours of the products are covered in layers of labels and stickers that cannot be removed unless they are payed for. I asked an employee for help but instead they suggested that I try out one of their testers on a new fragrance which had nothing to do with the situation. I asked another employee and they helped me by handing me the exact mascara I wanted in a completely different shade. I didnt find this out until I tried the mascara on at home and ended up with light brown paste smudged all over my eyelashes. The workers here are useless and money hungry. If you are looking for a place with nice beauty products and caring employees, DO NOT COME HERE!! ??

Just seen power tripping security guards harassing young girl tourist from abroad because she was filming herself in the shop they tried to snatch her phone to delete it her mother asked them why they behave so rude they didn't even recognised her by ignoring her..appalling..
But then some crackheads walk in take what they want and leave...absolute shambles..

On the 26th of august 2024 the woman at the till around 5pm was very rude and disrespectful her tone of voice was terrible and made it very uncomfortable.Then to make it even worse her coworker a young man started laughing at how rude she was being towards me and how tense it was making the situation even more uncomfortable.Overall very bad experience and I will not be coming in.Whoever is managing this place needs to hire more professional kind people who do not laugh at the customers or act like bullies.

One of the employees was super rude and annoying.
I was gonna buy body spray and tried to one push for test because you guys do not have testers even though your own brand.
He told me I can not test it.
So I asked him if i do not like it can I return?
He said no.
It is not his business first of all, why I can not return even though i can not try before buy and I did not like it. He could not give me TC why I could not return it so does not make sense.
I won't go back this store again.

We bought several products in the store, we didn't pay attention to the final price but once we returned, we noticed that £20 had been added to the total price of the products, a shame!

No pharmacy counter. The "drug" in the name is vestigial, I suppose. "Go to Boots!" the greeter says. If that were an option, I would already be there. Thanks for nothing.
