Love Starbucks but this specific location has let me down. Summer is here and I?m in love with the dragonfruit mango drink, it?s so refreshing but every time I order it from this specific location it tastes a bit different and i saw why, the staff puts tap water in your drink. Why am i paying £7 for a drink for your staff to mix tap water in my drink ? Honestly disappointed. I couldn?t say anything at that moment as my train was due and I haven?t been at Marylebone since. Also staff needs proper training.

I love Starbucks. But why deny a customer a bigger cup? I ordered a double espresso. The small cup is inconvenient as it has no hole on the lid and you have to open it every time to drink. Especially, inside a train there is a risk to pour the coffee on you like this. A bigger cup was denied to me in a not polite way. Very poor service from the staff at a the Starbucks at Marylebone.
