The frappucinos are horrible. They are watery and are 90% ice, feels more like a very low budget milkshake and I paid 6 whole pounds for that! The staff are taking the dairy and syrups home for sure. I got the same drink from a different place a few days ago and the difference is stellar. Would not recommend this location while the current baristas work here (in the evening)

The people working were lovely but they are charging £5 for a drink, (I hate that I didn't check before taking the train) and my drink was mainly foam and little tea.I haven't drink anything yet and this is the amount of drink that I am able to see plus 1-2 fingers of foam.I am very pissed that I expend money and I don't get the product. It's a standard size it should be full. I had always have it full.

Really nice friendly service which you wouldn?t expect for such a busy place, staff were very kind and gave my puppy a free puppichino! Great service

They got my order wrong and then were rude about it.I ordered a frappucino with oat milk and vegan whipped cream, and then when I got my drink, it said "whole milk" on the label. I politely told the barista that there had been a mistake and he said "no I double checked with the person who took your order and he said you asked for regular milk".I was just standing there waiting for my drink so he could have asked ME directly, because why would anyone ask for vegan whipped but get cow's milk??So I told him that I specifically asked for oat milk, and he just took the drink off my hand and remade it without a word.I am appalled by this person's attitude, especially towards nice customers. I was not making a scene or being rude, but milk is an allergen it could have been a dangerous situation.

I was taking the eurostar from this station and decided to look for a place to charge my phone and hopefully get on the wifi, starbucks has entered the chat. When I went it was later in the evening so I was able to place my order right away. I work part time at sbux here in the states and I get a discount when I am at other stores so I asked the barista if I could still get my discount even tho I was from the states. She said she should be able to but as it turns out it would not go through. The girl said "oh that's ok, this one is on me because I want you to have a good holiday" and she rang up my drink free of charge. She really did go above and beyond because I was not demanding nor expecting a free drink just a discount. The lobby was full so I was not able to find a seat nearby with an outlet. Me and my friend decided to go over next door to the burger place instead. This is nothing against the wonderful team at sbux is just that the lobby was full. Great customer service here, would love to go back again.

There's a lot of ready-to-eat food.There are a lot of chairs to sit on. But there is no power plug.Very friendly staff ????
