Visited this off licence yesterday !Customer service was very good, staff were welcoming and friendly. I was a bit lost in the store and couldn?t find tartare sauce- the staff kindly guided me to the aisle. Great prices and promotions- cheaper than your usual superstore.

I tried to return a parcel via collect+ today at my local Londis. The man behind the counter was extremely rude to his colleague first while he was serving the client in front of me. He was telling him off for taking a pen from stock. ?This is money!? he was snapping at his colleague. ?How petty?, I thought to myself.When my turn came I explained to the guy that I needed to return a parcel and showed him the barcode. He asked me where?s the parcel. I removed the package from my bag and then he started examining the package( he was pulling on it and looked annoyed). I was returning a piece of clothing in the same reusable for the returns bag that it came in. It was sealed sufficiently, but the guy didn?t like the way it was closed and demanded that I would seal it with some tape. Of course I didn?t have any tape on me and I insisted that the package was sealed well with the original seal.Then the guy said that the printer was not working( which was obviously not the case) and when I said that he?s being rude he just totally dismissed me as if I wasn?t there. The tone of the voice, the body language and of course the obvious lie straight into my face, all was so disrespectful.I would not recommend this store to anyone because even if you are coming there to make a small purchase or get a basic quick service you are risking your mood to be ruined. This petty man with blue eyes and rotten attitude should not have a customer facing role.

Disgusting behavior by that Turkish man i was told he got rude to the local boys am surprised the shop still standing the shop had such a lovely owners before what a shame they should get rid of him before something bad happens

I love this place, the owners are family and incredibly so polite, they are selling the place they have been there for years more than 30 years and I sm so sorry they are going,. They always get what you want if they haven't got they get for you always very helpful.

I?ve used this shop for years, even before the makeover and new management ect. Today I went in there with my child and I was served by a really aggressive staff member that had 0 to none customer service. I was mortified that he was even employed. Just as I was leaving I mentioned how appalling his customer service was and he told to get out of his shop and F off. I will never return and ensure my family, friends and neighbours stay far away. The team at Lets goo are a lot more friendly!
