Super expensive, they didn?t explain whether the price was for one item or a total price, so I had to pay a double price for the order.

Went for a quick visa photo, they checked the requirements online, clicked the photo, print and cut it and sent a copy via email. All done in 10 minutes.

Staff are so rude, sure it's low pay but don't be bringing a low attitude to the customers. You're supposed to help not be lazy chatting to eachother non stop

Very rude and unprofessional! The tall skinny guy and the girl with black hair. First of all when you enter in the shop they don?t greet you, but you have to greet them. Then if they are in the back doing something they won?t bother to come outside to ask you if you need anything. I needed to print something and the woman was so rude to me and unhelpful. I couldn?t use the machine and she was super aggressive when I asked for her help, she was like the instructions are on the screen, almost shouting at me. Then instead to help me she started taking pic to another client who came after me. I just left without doing anything in there, and I won?t ever come back to this shop ever again! Rude and unprofessional employees! Just quit your job if you don?t like it, instead to be there miserable and bitter.

I don't think they understand the photo requirements such as sizing of the photo, quality of the image etc. I wouldn't waste my time with this shop. And when they say they do, you can't verify it right on the shop... Thus either you go home and check it or when your submission is rejected with governmental application, you then can understand what is going on... As I checked my wife's photo taken by them and it was absolutely wrong even though they were told at least twice for the requirements
