The barista was very friendly, she made my day so much better with her smile.

Popped in to grab a salmon sandwich and coffee and felt like I was putting the lady out serving by even being there, wasn't busy maybe she had a bad day but I won't be going back, lots of happier places to eat just yards away from here

I ordered a coffee and a pastry on Wednesday around 10am. I got the pastry but was waiting for my coffee. While I was waiting someone has arrived with a keep cup and ordered her coffee but she got her coffee before then me. Staff definitely has no idea about customer service. The bald guy prepared my drink was super moody, I said I was waiting longer than the other person and he said just a simple ok. No apologies or anything. I realised why I stopped going to Pret.

I ordered a regular latte. Asked for extra single cup the barista has refused to give me a spare cup and told me they are loosing money he can?t provide me with a cup.
