Really bad service not sure why! I?m a regular customer that visits pret as I have a subscription so when I?m in Camden I pop in but service is always bad!

Great day until our 9 month old needed urgent nappy change and the disabled toilet is blocked with a trolley and rubbish with the staff not letting us use it. We had to change our baby on the street outside. Do you think this is acceptable?

Food quality it's just amazing. Best amount of filling and best quality.I have been in this shop quite a few times. It feels like it's getting better everyday as a business. Big up for good french food.

Super busy branch given location by the market. There are other branches nearby but these are smaller and close earlier. Noisy and busy. I managed to get a seat. Nice atmosphere. There is a lot of seating. Usual selection of pastries, soups, drinks, wraps and more. The branch is absolutely filthy. There were more than enough staff to clean the tables and floors. Staff are rude and unfriendly. The americano was good. I have the coffee subscription.

Very rude staff extremely abrasive. When asking what syrup they had we were told to "just give the end result as she had to tell her colleagues the order quickly" we then asked for some hot water and got told no and that "we don't give out the paper cups for free". Obviously tis not the season to be jolly.

Do you need a strong coffee? ? Do not make the same mistake, what I did (? order a double espresso ???) ? believe me, an espresso is more than enough ?.\\n? oh and you are hungry ? Not a problem at all ? (? as you can see in the pictures. ) I am sure you can find something to stop your starvation ?.

Rude and disrespectful!! I?ll raise a complaint to pret head office as well.\\n\\nToday my husband, my baby and myself had drinks \\u0026 sandwiches, we stayed outside as baby is very active. Anyway I asked barista for if they have any baby changing room, she said disabled toilet has one, since the door is locked we started waiting for it to be available again. Because there wasn?t any sign!!! Another customer dropped coffee and floor got wet. Meanwhile we were trying to keep baby away from wet floor to avoid any accidents. A women came out from office and start scolding my husband that he is blocking the way which he wasn?t and it was the corner of toilets. And with a very rude manner, she said the toilet isn?t operational. There wasn?t any sign!!! We had to change baby at the street and she was rude and disrespectful!!!

Spacious place with plenty of sitting space. The baristas are nice and quick in their service. I ate most of their food selection and never had an issue with the quality.

Paid £3 for a 1/3 cup of watery coffee with the other 2/3 filled with foam. Looks like the barista clearly didn?t know how to froth milk properly. Will not be returning
