I used the toilet after ordering my coffee and discovered there was no hand soap. I asked staff to refill and they said there was none left. I then asked if I could use of their some hand soap from behind the counter and they said they don?t have any hand soap there either which leads me to believe the staff has no way to wash their hands when serving food and drink.

Rude and abrupt manager who refused pregnant woman to use the toilet. He also refused to fill up the soap and he was laughing about that. Someone like this shouldn?t be responsible for managing such a good place as pret.

It's a great place with lovely people working here. I am always made to feel welcomed even if the place is extremely busy. The staff from the security to the baristas and the managers are always friendly and nice asking how you are, they seem like they're a good team and this comes out in the customer service!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Pret today. As I was looking for a place to sit, a staff member rudely told me, ?Upstairs is for customers only.? I explained that I was going to sit down first and then buy a drink, but he dismissively replied, ?You buy first, then sit.?
My co-workers, who were already there, mentioned they had purchased drinks, but the staff member still insisted, saying ?Only one drink,? in a disrespectful tone?even though my colleague had bought two drinks. The attitude was unnecessary and made the whole experience uncomfortable.
It?s a shame because the place itself seemed nice, but the poor customer service really put me off. Definitely won?t be returning as the staff member who I can only assume was the manager didn?t apologize for he?s rudeness and to speak this way to customers is nothing but outrageous

I can only give this branch a middling score. It loses one point for inconsistency in the making of the food and loses a point for customer service as some of the servers need to learn customer relation skills.

Staff was friendly enough, but I was really put off when I (a person with obvious mobility problems, using a walking stick) asked to use the disabled toilet downstairs and was told twice, first by the person at the till and then by who I thought was the manager, to go to the one upstairs, which was quite a struggle. Only to come back down and see them open it for a very able looking middle aged lady and a young family with a pram (two perfectly deserving clients, by the way).
Not sure why I didn?t qualify for that courtesy. I have a neurodegenerative condition and some days really struggle to walk. This was one of those days, when I was dragging my foot and clearly struggling to walk; not to mention the walking stick.
Perhaps the staff could benefit from disability awareness training.

RUDE STAFF! Myself and my partner had ordered drinks and were waiting for the loo and were harassed by staff claiming we were loitering. We told them we had ordered drinks and received a dismissive response and then while waiting watched multiple other people walk in and just use the loo without ordering anything! Staff need to rethink how they treat customers!
