I used the toilet after ordering my coffee and discovered there was no hand soap. I asked staff to refill and they said there was none left. I then asked if I could use of their some hand soap from behind the counter and they said they don’t have any hand soap there either which leads me to believe the staff has no way... read full comment

Rude and abrupt manager who refused pregnant woman to use the toilet. He also refused to fill up the soap and he was laughing about that. Someone like this shouldn’t be responsible for managing such a good place as pret.
