Food is good and the view is amazing, but the staff seem to be potentially overworked or just sloppy.
Waiting ages to be served; asking for things and staff just never returning; slightly burnt and cold food.
They are mostly friendly enough, but the quality of service just isn't the same as other Pizza Express locations.

The pizza was ok. Could?ve been meatier but if I ever visit again, it?s coz of Astro! He is simply the best. So friendly, so courteous, so funny! We enjoyed our meal because of him. His recommendations were top notch, especially the dough balls (his fav) and mine too now !! Thank you Astro

The manager was so nice, the food was so nice, however the service was the worst ever. I went to many pizza express and the service was ok, except this one! The waiter (Asteet) was very rude. We asked for a tap water and took them so long to bring it. We asked for drinks and they didn?t bring them.

Really good experience. Our server, Eri was very helpful and kind and our food came really quickly and prompt. She is a very positive lady. She was also very patient, also being very understanding with allergies.

Xina was truly a gentleman to me and my partner when we arrived at this store. From beginning to end, he was just totally involved, really professional and kind and also giving his opinion on some food which helped us decide on the food. Xina deserves the recognition for being excellent at what he does!

SO NICE!! I came here on a school trip but it was so fun :)) the food was so nice, and there was a really nice waiter who was spinning the tray on one hand. Very impressive, give him a raise rn !! Anyway look at this pic I took :))

Xina was lovely and helpful. He made our experience great and had a great sense of humour. He even bought my friend a free sample of ice-cream when she was interested in the flavour! Would definitely recommend ?

We had to dash in for dinner on Wednesday evening before my friend had to get a train. We asked the manager beforehand if we could be in and out in 40 minutes, and after a talk with the chefs, he so kindly sat us down and made sure we got our food as soon as possible! The waiter was also fantastic and speedy with friendly service. Great pizza as always. Thank you Pedro and Xina (apologies if spellings are wrong!) Will definitely be going again! :)
