Staff need to be better at customer service.
It?s rare that you?re ever met with a smile in this store and I go there so often.
Staff seem to enjoy chatting amongst themselves than actually helping customers. I went to collect my parcel and the staff member who served me just dropped the box on the counter and started serving another person. I asked a question and 2 other staff decided to put their unhelpful 2 pence in. Also it seems that they are so unbothered to actually help you, even though that it the purpose of them working in that store.

Took the kids here for an activity, Demi was the host who helped and encouraged all the kids to engage with the pets. It was a great experience

Never any staff around to sell you flea treatments from a separate counter! And they can't sell you singles as despite stocking and displaying thats subscription only but they can sell you a 4pack which is more expensive than 4 singles.

I had such a great experience at the Camden Pets at Home today! Jared was absolutely amazing ? he greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, which made me feel really welcome. He was super friendly and kept everything moving quickly, making the line go so much faster. Excellent customer service ? thank you, Jared!

Huge thanks to the Camden Pets at Home store.
After a horrible experience at another branch (Hendon), the Camden team were kind, understanding, and helpful. They assisted me with returning the broken/tampered with cage that Hendon had sold and made a stressful situation so much easier. This is how pet care should be..compassionate and professional. Big shoutout to the staff there for actually caring. They actually wanted to assist me with buying extra things for my hamster giving me recommendations and everything as opposed to Hendon who kindly sold me the wrong hamster but not only that then offered to exchange him like he was a faulty product lmao. Trust me, stick to Camden always.
