I am regular customer of NISA agar estate. I had to say that this shop is no more good for shopping, costs are too high on everything and even I bought green chilli £ 2.09 you can?t believe it all those chilli expired. I have picture of expired chilli I bought this morning.
So disappointing.

Normally i will do shopping in this store and the staff will help me lot to find the products especially the lady who was serving me on the till her name was Sandyaa she is from india and other girl also from india there very sweet and kind lady's??who help me lot ????

Nice Nisa local store where you can find a good selection of products at good price! I love the leafy clementines ...are very juicy and sweet!

Something odd has happened to this shop - without exception the staff are now miserable, non verbal and never make eye contact. Very weird experience coming here now. It's quite hard not to look at someone or speak when you are a human working in a shop. Is it a new rule?

This morning I?ve been there they sell expired item and I return back to them. They was too Ethiopian woman working there . They told me we don?t accept it back because I already took it out and bring it back I told them this is expired . by the law, they should accept item, give them back . Zero customer service

Absolute joke the store is displaying Xmas biscuits with no prices, so I asked the staff who didnt have a clue? Then one staff acted like he was looking for pricebut then asked what I was waiting for when I stated the prices he looked away? I then left the store stating you need to know your job!!

There was an asian guy who use to work in evening time, he was so kind and humble with everyone and he has good knowledge , I found only that guy proper in this shop, otherwise rest all staff useless including manager, Manager even dont know how to talk with customer..i would give 5 star if he was still working there because he seems good salesman all the time.

This store serves mouldy bread! They must provide further training to their staff to check expiry dates and condition of their perishable products? Will not be going here again.
