I sent a delivery there and they refused it for some reason? So my delivery had been returned to sender and I will have to pay more money for it to be sent back to me. I?m very confused as to why it was refused as I?ve collected deliveries from here twice before with no problems. Is there any explanation?

I left the suitcase and activated the time and took a photo of the luggage. When I returned, the owner told me that I had not activated the time and made me pay £6 directly. I told him that I had activated it and he said no. It turns out that the application has charged me a £25 deposit because the deposit had been registered but not the term. Either the lugagge hero app is malfunctioning or the owner made a mistake. In total I paid £31 for 40 minutes

The employee who worked at 17:46 PM today is a racist. To elaborate, there is only one employee and only two counters. The employee alternately paid, then went to the next counter and paid first for the (Team 2) coming in later than us. There were only five items we bought. We waited more and moved to the next counter. As soon as we moved in, the employee suddenly went to the empty counter and stood by himself. Are you kidding me? You are not British. We are tourists, but don't forget you are foreign workers. Who discriminates against whom? I didn't want to feel bad at the destination. Just be thankful for coming out

Searching all over the neighborhood for basics like butter, cheese, and eggs, this place had them all for fair prices. Also cool Indian snacks near the front.

Nice staff, good selection of snacks and drinks at fair prices. Stored our suitcases here twice. Again, the price is reasonable at 5 GPB per day.

This is what all convenience stores should be like - the staff are always super friendly, accommodating and willing to help. This is a trustworthy business we have been going to for years for everything from groceries, snacks, to collecting Amazon packages. They also offer luggage storage that we recommend to visiting friends and family. Thank you to everyone who works here!

Very poor service, don`t trust tis Nisa shop staff, they doesn`t want receive / take parcels "Click and Collect" they sent back with the same couriers. I lost already 3 parcels. Rubbish Nisa shop with rubbish staff. I lost my time, money and parcels.
