Just had a really rude sales associate reprimand me for wanting to gently check that the candle and diffuser inside my £50 gift box I was in the queue to purchase were ok and in tact. No seal on box so was a case of just opening the cardboard gently. I don't feel it needed such rudeness. Such a shame and not really in the Christmas spirit....
