I was amazed at the kindness and professionalism that I witnessed at this NatWest branch. I was greeted politely, my needs were addressed and then everything was done for me. An excellent branch and bank!

Absolutely awful they were all rude didn?t even help me with my issue they blocked my account for no reason!!! I?ve been waiting nearly 6 months to get my money back. Whenever I bring this up to the same lady I?ve been speaking to for a while she always seems to not know what happened. Be careful people because THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK! I visited the Camden Town NatWest yesterday. I wanted to open a business account. I spoke to a member of staff and enquired about doing this. She shrugged and told me ?I dunno, do it online?. Wow! Shocked. Really shocked. Is this what counts as customer service these days? I won?t be opening my business account with NatWest.

Like a funeral parlour.Good if you have time to kill.Sign on wall says they will close your account if you are rude. Which would be a comparatively simple way TO close your account. Sound advice.

Completely atrocious! I loathe this branch having used it more than a few times. Years ago before the refurbishment of this branch they used to have about 6-7 windows with as many employees ready to serve customers. You'd be seen very quickly back then and could resolve your issues quickly. Now after being refurbished they have 2 desks to serve customers, one of which is usually empty. You will now frustratingly be forced to wait for ages to see someone because they have a single desk for customer service, it's ridiculous. If there is a queue don't expect to be seen quickly. The complete and utter bellend who made the decision to have the branch redesigned to what it is today seriously deserves a whack for all the irritation and frustration this drooling dunce has caused to customers!

I went there yesterday and I was initially very skeptical as I read terrible reviews on here but I was serviced by a guy named Nick who was the most competent and friendly guy I have ever come across in a bank. I was on my way within 5 minutes. I did have to wait for a bit but not too long.

Pretty terrible experience. Queued for about 30mins. There was only one person on the counter but the queue was building out to the entrance door. The staff were calm but there was way too few of them. When I eventually got to the counter I was questioned why I didnâ??t use the machine - because I do not know how to use the machine and there was absolutely no staff around to help me!!! Hugely frustrating experience.

Long queues, confusing practices. Have to queue downstairs to then queue upstairs in order to get transactions complete which would otherwise take 2 mins elsewhere. Rude and unhelpful staff.
