The worst customer service ever! Been a local customer for many years. The main staff are wonderful, however management staff are extremely unprofessional, especially the rude old man (short Chinese guy with white hair). Since the Pharmacy moved on Chalk Farm road the service has been incredible! Someone would always call to make sure prescriptions were collected. When we came in person, the pharmacist would always have advice on alternatives if they didn't have the exact product we were looking for.

Super helpful and efficient pharmacy. Just to note that the pharmacy is not inside the Morrisons. It is across the road, about 100m west up Chalk Farm Road heading towards the Roundhouse. At the time of writing this review, located between a vape shop and a cafe.
