Really unhelpful staff

I recently visited M&S to get flowers for my girlfriend and was shocked to find several bunches of flowers being sold past their expiry date. When I politely asked a staff member about it, she simply replied, ?They?re still in sellable condition.?
I found this response dismissive and frankly unacceptable. Flowers have a sell-by date for a reason ? not only for quality, but also to ensure freshness and value for money. Selling expired products, especially perishables like flowers, isn?t what I expect from a brand with M&S?s reputation.
If I?m paying a premium, I expect fresh, in-date products ? not leftovers passed off as ?still good enough.? This experience has really made me question the quality control and customer service standards here.
I end up buying flowers from somewhere else.

Great selection of alcohol and cocktails in a tin
Believe it or not the tinned cocktails are good and strong most times better than cocktails you get from a restaurant or bar

Advertises a whole range of products at prices lower than that which comes up on the till at check out - presumably relying on the fact that customers are in a hurry to catch trains and will not notice the price discrepancies at the check out (one example shown). Upon speaking to Franchise Manager, Harmit, about the issue she claimed no knowledge of this and blamed M&S HQ for providing her with incorrect pricing information.

Great store in a perfect location. Always well stocked especially with gluten free choices. Staff are friendly and the self check outs work wonderfully.

I just wanted to share my appreciation for the amazing service I received this evening from a staff member named Dilwar. He was so kind and helpful to assist me while I was in store. His friendly and attentive manner made a big difference. I?ve visited many M&S stores but the customer service I experienced today was the best by far. Dilwar really made my visit. Thank you!

Signage says it?s open from 6am, on 24 May people waiting to get in at 6am then were ?not ready for trade??..

This M&S store is perfectly located for quality food to see you onwards whether it be by train or onwards to your next destination. The store is always very busy however the staff are always in hand to assist with any help you might need.
Never have I seen self checkouts run so smoothly as they do here.
Always have great levels of stock as well.

The workers here are sexist. Me and my mother aren?t familiar with this station and saw a man walking into the store so we followed. Turns out it was the exit. The workers only shouted at us and just let the tall man in front of us walk ahead without being told off. Why was this? Because we?re women and it?s easier to tell us off?? disgusting behaviour. It was a simple mistake and the woman and the man were both so rude to us and honestly it hurt to see how different we were treated in comparison to the man who had done the exact same thing.

I went to this store for the first time today, and it will also be my last. I went in for a meal deal, as Sainsbury?s?a few minutes' walk away?had little selection left. The meal deal here is pricey compared to other stores, but I picked up some crisps, a drink, and a sandwich. To my surprise, the total was over £11.
I asked the staff member, and they said the items I chose weren?t included in the deal. That makes no sense, as they were in the same section with identical packaging. Please be clearer about what is and isn?t included in the meal deal, as the price difference is unbelievable.

I literally just started my day and blatant racism within the first hour. Security guard followed me around the store like my shadow just because of the colour of my skin. To all you #MMDI fans the food is not worth the experience.
