Terrible experience, very rude and unhelpful staff trying to charge you extra for no good reason. No hello, please or thank you. Will never be back here and strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

I usually come here for the post office for posts and pickups all fine. However recently the staff that served me was very angry and began talking amongst his other colleagues in their own language and of course I?m going to assume they?re talking negatively about me. My assumption was further proved when he aggressively grabbed my parcel from me and then also aggressively handed me my receipt. Regardless whether this was about me or not it was very unprofessional from their side which made me feel uncomfortable. I noticed they did not behave like this with the customer before me?

They refuse evri returns stating the driver don't collect big boxes(1 kg weight). Suggesting to request pickup from home. I neved had problems everywhere else

Last time I went, the man at the till became incredibly rude when his card reader didn?t work after I tapped my card, which was not my fault. He told me to move aside so that he could serve the next customer, again, incredibly rudely and cut me off when I said that I also have something to collect. Another thing, this place is known to sell stuff that have gone way past their expiry date, so ALWAYS check before buying.This place has gone really downhill since the new owners took over.

They were so rude to me in there for absolutely no reason man tried to sweep my shopping bag if the floor as I was at the till paying an it was next to my feet he then told me to move so he could sweep he was not sweeping there before I came in an was clear to me that he was doing this in a rude way as they were all laughing I had only gone in with my 2 children to top up my electric and when I said that his college was rude an should have waited till I paid to do till area an it was said very politely, then refused to top up my electric an when they were all still laughing at my clear upset look on my face an the distressing situation over just nipping in to a shop an being humiliated in front of my children terribly nasty attitude i think it's safe to say that is the first an last time i will go in there they did top up my key in the end an stoped laughing very quickly when I pointed out I will film it an see what general public think of there behaviour he told the rude worker to go in the back after that I left feeling shocked an upset at what had just happened an the only other time iv gone in they have said there machine didn't work so that was the first time iv used there shop an they felt it was OK t0 treat me like that because I'm using the pazone advertised witch clearly they don't like doing as their lazy an ignorant people in there with nothing better to do avoid I know I will be!
