Google states opening times on Monday is 09:00 a notice on the window states it opens at 09:00 so why is it closed at 09:20 with no sign of staff inside ? Have the decency to update your opening times, so therefore, not waste peoples time.

Extremely understaffed! The deposit machine rarely works, and there is only 1. At the cashiers there is only 1 person who takes half hour with each customer. Absolute joke of a branch! Needs to be sorted!

Very inefficient and slow!

Very inefficient branch. Took me over 40 minutes for a cheque deposit. Staff friendly but chatty. I would not come here again hoping for a quick deposit or a cashier transaction.

Horrible queues and understaffed. One lady does completely nothing when other 2 cashiers at desks busy with long queues. I was waiting 30 min to resolve quick urgent matter. There is no one else from staff to help

This morning I went to this branch on Kilburn Road to enquire about opening a Lloyds bank account. I was attended by Erik. My experience with him made me feel very uncomfortable. He asked very personal questions and spoke to me very condescendingly.First, he insisted on knowing how much money I had three times when I had made it clear that I did not want to reveal that information. He also asked me what I liked to do in my spare time, something that I found very inappropriate. When I told him I was going home to think about whether I wanted to open a bank account with Lloyds, he asked me: "So, what is your job? What do you do for a living?" I do not understand why this is information that a banker needs, especially when the client has not decided to open an account with them.Erik asking me all these personal questions and speaking in such a condescending way made me feel very uncomfortable. I was only at the bank to find out more about their savings accounts. My experience ended up being an interrogation towards me, which I found very inappropriate. I hope the bank takes steps to address this situation and ensures that their employees treat all customers with respect and professionalism.
