There are excellent atmospher. Staff have good conversations with customers & good response. Cleaning and hygiene as supperb. Delicious ? shushi and hot food. ?

We were getting Itsu on a regular basis, but the quality has dropped drastically. Last evening the rice was not even cooked properly, I could feel the hard bits in my mouth. It should have been thrown away, but it was still used to make sushi. They were really hard to consume.
I used to praise the quality of salmon sashimi, but the other day I got them, they were absolutely tasteless. If this happens again, I?ll be returning everything because I am not willing to pay that much for such a poor quality.
The service is also pretty bad. The older and younger Asian women are rude and shouldn?t be dealing with customers having such an attitude. So please, work on your quality and training your staff.
UPDATE: I?ve completed ?Contact us? form right after the last incident. Their manager Juan replied after a few days asking for my contact details. I responded straight away and he just ignored me ?????

I?m a regular at Itsu, but last Friday something unexpected happened. I was rushing to grab lunch and realised I?d forgotten my card, and my phone wallet wasn?t working either. I was honestly ready to just walk away, but the team leader kindly offered me a complimentary meal.
Acts of kindness like this are rare in London. Just wanted to say thank you!! Itsu has definitely earned a loyal customer for life.

It was my first time trying Itsu and I was a bit confused with the menu, but the staff were incredibly helpful and patient while explaining everything. The team leader was especially sweet?she offered me a miso soup to try, and I think I?ve just found my new favourite!

Ordered katsu curry but came with no fried chicken and was just chicken breast which makes it not a original katsu curry and didn't even finish it as the sauce wasn't very nice and portions are smal.

Have visited Euston itsu store so many times. About itsu, its food taste great especially when the inflation is high. By the way, if you have app?s loyalty card, you get your discounts via your credit

I love itsu but this time the Asian looking lady snatched food from my hands and almost yelled at me because I wanted to wait a few minutes until 50% discount. I felt very uncomfortable and had to leave, not at all the friendly service we usually get at itsu

I normally love itsu but this one in Camden was awful noodles and katsu curry was microwaved very Sparious sauce no flavour miso soup had 2 pieces of tofu in like dish water very very very disappointed customer ????????

It was great great great ti be there. Came with my friends and that was best food we have. Food, atmosphere everything were so good. Especially the team leader Mr. Bhargav he introduced us with the menu very well. Brilliant guys with good hospitality skills. Amazing Amazing Amazing ???. Revisit soon!

Husband and I went to our local Camden branch, as we do very frequently. The food was not the usual standard so as soon we opened the meal we complained, the "manager" Mario (according to what he said his name is) was also the person who had prepared our food.
He refused to refund us. We had to walk out. We remained calm and even the security guard told us to contact Itsu directly. This was an absolutely horrific experience. Itsu took our money transaction but we were deprived of the meal we paid for. The lady who works there whom we have seen many times and spoken to before refused to help.
All just really appalling.
Unfortunately, this was too much of a bad situation and we are now contacting the bank and Itsu higher management but leave us with no option but to alert others to how the staff are.

i took it upon myself to grace the camden townacious itsu dining court. what at first seemed as , if i may say so myself, a demure dining experience, was soon tarnished by a threat of execution from the guards. as i innocently pulled out my asthma inhaler, suddenly a flashbang- i was ambushed . before i knew it , there was a knife to my throat and a gun to my head. the guard exclaimed ? no vapeage in this vicinity!? unaware of my predicament in which i was simply holding what keeps me alive. it is certain that if i value my life, i shan?t be returning .
