itsu at Euston is convenient for a quick bite, but overall the experience was just average. The shop itself is quite small, with very limited seating, which makes it less comfortable if you?re planning to dine in.
Cleanliness could be improved ? the hygiene and general upkeep inside felt a bit below the standard I?d expect from a busy chain in such a central location. The sushi tasted fine, fresh enough for a fast-food style option, but nothing particularly memorable or special.
If you?re in a rush and need something quick before catching a train, it does the job. But for a more relaxed meal or higher-quality sushi, you might want to explore other options nearby.

Everything was fine other than being charged twice because of an error of the card machine. Have emailed Itsu via their website but no reply

Great quiet stop off to relax. Lovely place to relax in the manic station. Lovely fresh food and very quick staff. Love the hot soups and sushi foods, and of course the pink cutlery!

I visited this branch midweek for a quick lunch, was very busy and packed but I was served quickly by Rokas and he helped me out quite a bit with his knowledge about the menu as per my dietary requirements. Will be back!

So unhygienic, I saw one of the chefs in the hot section wear no shoes. The front of house team are SO rude they laugh in the faces of the customers and communicate in their language (which isn?t a problem but IS a problem when it looks like they are talking about ME)

Good food, healthy options. Staff that serves us wasn?t friendly at all but not rude. Seating is limited, stools are fixed in place.

I?ve been into Itsu Euston many times before my work trips and Maria has always been great every time I?ve been in. She is super friendly and is always smiling. Today her service was super exceptional and I?m so grateful. Thank you so much Maria!
