I tried the advertised ?thick? classic chocolate milkshake ant Euston Station and it is actually misleading!
No different from a plain COLD chocolate. Watery and milky with a little flavour of chocolate.
Staff kindly offered to make it again but the sales assistant mentioned that it will still be the same as it is made of soft ice cream and milk.
A little disappointment here.. I don?t think I ?ll opt for Hotel Chocolat ever again.

After a wonderful week in London me and my girlfriend came to the station only to find that our train had been delayed. Knowing by gut feeling that that will change to cancelled, I went into your shop to see what I could find.
I picked two boxes of hot chocolate sachets - Nutmilk for my sister and Love Yah Honey for myself. As for my girlfriend I bought her a box of vanilla white macarons.
I went up to the till where I was introduced to Chloe and her team. I told them I too worked at HC and asked for about my employee discount. Whilst she typed away, I began to make small talk, even asking for Chloe?s name to right this nice review. However being this is London, friendly small talk between customer and staff is a rarity, thus Chloe looked to her manager who along with Chloe were a little confused by my pleasantly (or I was being to friendly and didn?t know it at the time. If so I do apologise).
I then bought my products and returned to find that all trains up north had been cancelled. (Knew it).
But we found a solution and all went well. My girlfriend loved the macarons and desperately needed them as she was getting overwhelmed.
Hope your team did well in your sales and that you took my advice on sampling Hot Chocolates for all those upset customers whose trains got cancelled.

I bought 12 packs of chocolate and the staff simply dropped the products carelessly into the paper bag. They were stacked on top of each other in different angles poking through the bag. I had to take them out by the front door reorganising my shopping before I left.
Customers who pay for the price level of chocolate at Hotel Chocolat should reasonable expect some level of care and standard than this.

I was served by a lovely lady yesterday, I believe her name was Narsen! She gave me a sample for a hot chocolate and it was so good I bought the whole packet !!

went to this store yesterday and got served by a lovely sweet girl called muneira she was freindly, kind caring and helpful , she gave me free samples which she was very kind super duper service she should be awarded a pay rise or even so be a manager she is a lovely employee thankyou so much and keep it up . brilliant store

Always, when waiting for the train at Euston Station I quickly pop in to buy some chocolate or hot chocolate. It?s a shame they don?t do the coffee pods anymore.Lovely staff, I was served by Zaya and she was brilliant. Thank you.

Super rude staff in this store. I just wanted a standard hot chocolate so was asking some questions to figure out what was best to order. The girl at checkout seemed to get frustrated. I mentioned I'm a VIP member and she asked if I had my card on me. I asked if she could find me on the system. She ignored me and charged me normal price of £5.25. If you're serving hot chocolate at a train station, it needs a lid. By the time I got to the train it had leaked all over the side of the cup and was messy and inconvenient to drink.

Super bad experience. The service in the store was TERRIBLE, during opening hours a shop assistant was constantly restocking the shelves and preventing us from picking out items. All the time she was making impatient noises. We had to wait for her to finish collecting before we could pick.
And what makes me so angry is she kept kicking boxes at us when she was cleaning! I really don?t know how they train their staff. That?s so ridiculous.

Unnecessarily rude cashier who was snappy when I asked for a lid for my Hot Chocolate. I was at the train station and needed it to go. I love my whipped cream but it was topped in a way that it couldn?t be closed with the lid so I asked her to please help me remove some whipped cream ontop and she told me to grab spoon and that I can see it comes with whipped cream. Absolutely no need for all that?what would it have taken to just be kind and make the customer happy. Silly UK lack of customer service?It was her manager who ended up helping me out thankfully?

We visited Hotel Chocolat at Euston station and indulged in their milky hot chocolate which was a delight and hazelnut-flavored ice cream cone, a decently satisfying treat. The combination of rich chocolate and nutty notes left me with a delightful experience.
