What use is a bank that?s never open when you need it? often have to go to the TCR branch instead. Terrible opening hours and often shut when they should be open.

Careless staff in this branch, they do not care about customers especially this one guy at the counter on 25/02 around 1pm looked very careless and did not want to help, not sure why he?s working there if he doesn?t want to help. Hopefully his manager has a word with him about his lack of effort

I was served by Dhuna this morning and she has made my day . She was so helpful warm and caring regarding my situation. She even offered me services I didn?t know existed. Most of all she truly made my day she is so funny. What a great experience in Camden Halifax

You can go in there and ask to speak to the manager and she will say she is coming in a moment, but have you there waiting longer than 35 mins. Whilst she keeps walking up and down the branch avoiding you. Hoping you will walk out.

Just been inside the branch on Camden high street , the young man who came out to help had no idea the information he was giving basically forced me out of the queue to end up telling me oh no you need to queue for that , the lack of training and customer service is severely lacking within this branch could you remind your male staff I?m not there ?bruv? or ?bro? it?s a serious place where serious work should take place and the thought of a guy like this in control of money is astounding?.. -1*

First visit for many years. My Mum opened an account for me at this branch when I was 15, I'm now in my 50s, that's how long I had not been here for. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the counter to pay in, as I lost my debit card earlier in the week. It was nice to see the branch manager serving at the counter, rather than hiding away in a back office.

The worst Halifax I've visited in London. Payment in machines are always broken and there are never enough people at the desks. Avoid unless you've got time to queue.

I have deposited £1150, through the cashier, when got home only £1050 was deposited. Not impressed with their services. That?s how they make money.

If you are going to constantly close this branch. At least have a way to pay in money. The alternative branches are far for disabled customers and customers that are carers.
