I?ve never experienced such a bad service. The waiting time was horrendous. Ive been asked to go back and wait again for an hour and the request I went there for is still not resolved.

I went to this store with some anxiety having read the awful reviews so I was really pleased to find the service couldn't have been more different. We were looked after without a wait by the charming and friendly Tan who made the experience of having a phone stolen so much easier than I expected. Thank you for taking the stress out of an upsetting event.

To the lady that suggested I went on a contract instead of keeping my pay as you go plan, ensuring it would be way more convenient, you?re a scammer. Useless to say that since that moment I started spending 3x more than I used to and got left stranded in another country without the ability to get additional data as to upgrade the spend cap takes up to FIVE DAYS. Stay away from this place the staff it?s a bunch of trained SCAMMERS.

Very disappointed AGAIN! the staff in this store are so unhelpful ,one male member of the staff didn't even feel the need to look up from his computer when being asked a question...... had to make the journey to Oxford St store where my query was a answered within 5 mins without any problem

I came to store today for asking to help, I had a contract 2 years for my business number and my private number. I had a business number with another EE branch for setup, it was OK ibut at this branch it was awful of the services, the staff who's assisted me said, he too busy, can't do much.
When my contract finished, I will not continuing EE

Customer service is the most unhelpful ever. I had £10 on my account and they said they have no record of that and said sorry if the system never sent reminder texts to top off. Nothing they could do to get my number back and hung up.
And this LOCATION? Horrid! Loads are in uniform but only 1-2 of them can actually help. Phone was dead. They suggested I call customer service and said they didn?t have working phones. Then proceeded to give another customer said not working phone. When I asked they said they were first?.so is there a queue or there phone not work.
No one seems to want to work theyre all just chatting amongst themselves. Seemed annoyed when I asked if someone could help me. Apologies for asking for your assistance at your place of work.

Deceitful staff, either working on commission or trying to hit quotas. They will try real hard to sell you upgrades you don?t need, falsely claim you?ll save more that way. If you really have to go there, find exactly what you want on EE website, write it down and say no to anything else they offer or recommend and double check everything they ask you to sign if you don?t want to spend hours on the phone with customer service trying to revert all the mess they created.

I moved from BT broadband to 5G home broadband, and despite some issues from the computer system, Dwyton in particular worked really hard to resolve our issues and get my new account setup. He really went above and beyond and I?m very happy with my new broadband

Very bad service. They said in the web site I could go to an store to fix my issue. Then I went to this shop and they refused to help after asking if I had contract or pay as you go. This company sucks. Such an unreliable, incompetent company I have never seen. Don't have any deal with them. That's my advice.

Unfortunately, I decided to go to the store to get Wi-Fi and a new phone number. Ended up getting none. I had to go there today in a row because they didn?t know what they were doing. They charged me £20 for nothing. Will not have to go through a hassle to get it back. Super slow and incompetent.
