Disgraceful customer service by Staff: Joanne, Ali and manager Mo. Very rude customer service. I complained to the head office already. I told manager Mo that I will complain to the head office, and all 3 sed: "I don't care. Do whatever you want. " I pay 140£ per month for 3 services from EE for many years. And these 3 people treat you there, like are there just to get paid, and don't care about doing customer service. Rude and arogant all 3. Disgraceful customer service.

I came to the store in Camden 2 weeks before my phone contracts expired to move to sim only contract for 2blines. How has never been moved to sim only and I have been charged as if I was still paying for one phone . We are talking about an error for £46+the roaming charges that were added. You also said you?d cancel my watch which you didn?t and I have been charged for this as well. I have been on the phone with 150 since 4:55pm today and I m still on the line trying to fix all your mistakes for which I have been billed £76 in excess +50 for the broad band for switching from Bt to EE- you have been so useless giving me false information about the broadband engineer that actually doesn?t need to come home as long as I swap routers, leaving me for 5 days without internet. You and Bt kept accusing each other , in the mean time who suffered loss it was me.this is pure negligence, plus I have wasted 3h on the phone to sort out your mistakes and negligence. By the way the EE employee not only he rectified your error concerning my second mobile line, he also moved it to a cheaper contract with more data, since the second line always has a 30% discount which you didn?t apply as well as forgetting to apply the 3 months half price line offer. Shame on you .

Mo and the sales manager (whose name I have forgotten, it began with A) who both served me were absolutely brilliant. They helped me get a better deal on my contract and made things very easy. They were also very friendly.

Overall terrible experience with EE - TL;DR: Store employees were not trained/aware/aligned with EE corporate policies and call center customer service teamsI originally picked up a pay-as-you-go EE SIM from the airport when I first moved to the UK. A few weeks in, I went in to get a pay monthly contract to build my credit. There were multiple issues uncovered throughout this process in separate visits including: the airport SIMs being noted as having faulty compatibility with the EE account website, not being able to reliably deliver signal on the pay monthly plan, and differing results on plans available to customers with no credit history. Ultimately, I was able to get a decent pay monthly plan after opening a Monzo current account. However, the issues didn't stop there. Apparently there is an unpublished restriction preventing customers with low/no credit from incurring any out-of-plan charges in their first 6 months. This includes the ability to roam *even* if the contract says EU roaming (or other geographies) are included. None of the store employees were aware of this and it was never explained to me during contracting. Once I was in contract, it was a lot more difficult to exercise any leverage. Ultimately the last store employee said they were able to cancel my contract but that never happened and I had to call customer service (as I had multiple times before to learn the above issues) to finally cancel the contract. All the employees (Hamza, Koz, Dwyton, Yas, and more) were friendly and tried their best to help me in each visit, but I do not think they were trained on the nuances and restrictions mentioned above, and it ultimately led to me wasting a LOT of time in this store over 8 separate visits.Once I had built up enough credit to avoid the 6 month restriction, I went to a different EE store to get a new pay monthly plan, but it seemed like I was blacklisted as I was immediately denied. So I went to O2 next door and haven't had any issues in the UK or other roaming countries since.

! Worst service I?ve ever experienced. You walk into the shop and it?s almost always empty with no staff to be seen. They are always doing paperwork in the back. I sat down waiting for help and staff members would just pass by me like I?m not there. The manager was wearing jeans with his boxers and his whole bum out. The girl who came to assist me kicked the chair before sitting down and was incredibly rude and incompetent. I honestly can?t believe this shop. Stay away.

One of the managers jeans were so far down his backside he looked like he was preparing to take a dump and had just come out the toilet to tell everybody something before he quickly goes back to it.Anyway, my complaint isn?t about the unprofessional staff that for years (not the same staff but clones of each other year on year) have graced 187 Camden High Street but the fact they want to scan your face to get your phone. I went to collect a phone I had delivered to the store as I?m not home during the day (I couldn?t collect the phone because the staff are incapable of making obvious decisions; ?computer says nooo?; ended up cancelling the upgrade altogether) but what I really didn?t like was that they scan faces and ID in order for customers to collect their purchases. If you get the phone delivered directly to your home that wouldn?t happen, it?s unnecessary, intrusive and really weird. All they should require is an order number, a text message or something, it?s beyond ridiculous.I'm going to move over to Tesco Mobile as soon as my contracts are over.

Lazy, very unhappy to offer customer service and will direct you to call 150 because they do not really want to do anything or assist the customer

My daughter was taken advantage of and was tricked into signing up for two sims contract which was very expensive and not necessary needed. Not very good service. I score them minus- 1.The contract was not explained properly and in detail. Every attempt to terminate the contract has proved unsuccessful.

I received a text message that my new iPhone was available for collection from the store The email was sent on a Saturday giving me only 24hrs to collect it. Initially when reserving the phone I was not given a date to pick the phone up. So what I can?t understand is why give someone 24hrs to collect the phone ? I do work for a living , supposing I was on holiday etc given that it is half term week etc. Today I visit the store only to be told that the phone had been returned to the supplier. If they were that keen to get rid of it why did they not contact me informing me of what would happen if not collected. When contacting EE customer service I was told that was strange I thought they would of kept it a little longer. However each store has there own policy? What!!!! I thought each organisation should be operating from the same procedure seamless - this is not the case for EE. Apparently we are all sitting around waiting for their email doing nothing . I am very disappointed . Owing to this I will keep my old phone so the contract runs out on and leave EE. I would give a Zero however I had to give something so I could make my comment. If you are going to get an upgrade particularly an Apple phone order it through another supplier.

I have a contract with EE, and I popped by the store as I wanted to give them my phone for a repair. The staff tried to convince me for half an hour to purchase a new phone and contract, when I already have a contract and a spare phone! So I declined, and I insisted that all I needed was a repair: the back of my iPhone 12 is currently smashed. The sales assistant then told me that they do not do repairs!! Also at first, he said the repair would cost £250 and when I left their store to go down the road to another store which is not EE: the quote was £120!!! When my contract will expire, I will not renew it with EE. Rip off company and unhelpful lying staff, both over the phone and in store!

The staff is friendly and helpful, but you have to wait a bit to be served.
