I’ve never experienced such a bad service. The waiting time was horrendous. Ive been asked to go back and wait again for an hour and the request I went there for is still not resolved.

I went to this store with some anxiety having read the awful reviews so I was really pleased to find the service couldn't have been more different. The workers were rude with my mom and when she asked to see someone they said no. My mom has been coming to EE for more than 15 years and this is how she is being treated ..
