Sat by the window looking out at the garden ? such a chill vibe ? Great spot to hang out with a book or just unwind for a bit ?????

Horrible service, you go to get proper coffee and they tell you sorry I can't remake it because of wastage. The worse thing is the manager that should be handling situation like this but not only to be told no we can't make you another drink. That's insane the service they provide and prices you have pay.

The water they use is not hot enough to make tea. It's set to 94°. How can an organisation whose raison d'être is the supply of hot drinks fail at making tea so badly!

Very disappointed with my order. Ordered Cuppaccino, simply got coffee with bit of milk and only half cup. Breakfast roll hard and cold and croissant much smaller in size.
Uber delivery, they wouldn?t do anything about it.

I recently visited the Costa Coffee on Melcombe Street and was disappointed to find there are no customer restrooms. This was inconvenient, as I had to leave the cafe and run to Marylebone Station to use their facilities. I believe it's important for businesses, especially those with 30 seats like this one, to inform customers about the lack of restrooms beforehand. Perhaps a sign at the entrance would be helpful.
