I have been coming to this Costa coffee since it was opened, and I visit daily sometimes two or three times a day. If the staff wasn't nice, I wouldn't keep going.
All the staff are extremely nice and friendly. They all try their best despite being busy store.

Hello there i asked to the pws wifi for the costa but they didn't give me .
The guest costa don't work and i cannot work meanwhile i was there for a coffee.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your Costa branch. Upon arrival, a staff member at the door informed me that the store was about to close but they could still serve takeaway orders. Accepting this, I walked in, only to be told by another staff member that they would only serve black tea as the coffee machine had already been cleaned?this was around 7:30 PM, despite the store hours clearly stating a closing time of 8 PM both online and at the store.
I had traveled a about a mile specifically to enjoy a coffee, and this experience was not only inconvenient but also frustrating. After some discussion, the staff reluctantly agreed to serve me a coffee. However, the quality was appalling?by far the worst coffee I?ve ever had. When I requested a refund, I was met with resistance, further worsening the experience.
If your staff is unwilling to serve close to the advertised closing time, I strongly suggest updating your timings online and at the store to reflect this. It would save customers the inconvenience and disappointment I experienced.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it significantly impacted my perception of your brand.

Me and my friend reached at 7:44 pm the store closing timing is 8:00 pm and crew members said it closed and they cleaned everything. After checking timing I went and asked for coffee after some discussion she maid coffee but it is just like water and very cold.
