Terrible customer service and rude staff. I wanted to order 2 carpets for 2 different rooms but I can?t have them fitted on the same day as I live in a flat and it?s hard for us to move furniture out of both rooms for the carpets to be fitted. I wanted 1 layer one week and the other carpet 2 weeks later. I was told I can?t do that and I have to have them delivered and installed together, I know that this is not correct. They also told me that the sale had ended and that I couldn?t receive the discount anymore. So I walked out of the shop and went to another Store in Dalston where the staff was amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I ordered my 2 carpets from here with no issues at all. Go to Dalston Store instead it?s worth it as Camden are a complete joke.

Fred and Rohan from the Camden Town store were amazing - they both went the extra mile to get us the carpet we wanted within a very tight time frame. Fred was great and took the time to help us to identify the right carpet and was very patient! Rohan was extremely thorough in measuring up, and after the fitting, there was very little waste. The fitters were also great - very polite and checked with us throughout the fitting process if there was anything that needed our opinion. They also helped us to move some furniture pieces and made it feel like nothing was a too much trouble. The finished effect is beautiful!! Thanks to all at Tapi Camden Town!

Purchased a carpet from Carpetright Camden a few years ago for the stairs.
As soon as we fitted it there was a very unpleasant smell of mice or rat urine and cat urine when we came in through the front door. (We have neither)
At first we did not make the connection, but once we did we thought never mind lets just have it professionally cleaned. How bad can it be ? Very bad, thats how bad. No matter how many times we have had the carpets professionally cleaned they still smell of cat, rat, mice urine!
Wherever they store the carpets obviously has an infestation.
Am i surprised that Carpetright are going into administration? NO

My carpet was set to be delivered on 29/07. I took the day off and waited all day for it to arrive. It never did. I called the store multiple times and also emailed asking, and never received a response. I still have had no word.

I can?t recommend the team at Carpetright Camden highly enough. From start to finish, Fred has been amazing. With Sarah, Rohan and Patrick (the carpetfitter) they have delivered outstanding customer service.
I was so happy with the initial consultation (with Fred instore), and then the home measurement and follow up calls) I had not one but two carpets.
They are a credit to your company. Thank you Fred and Sarah!
