I love coming to this Nero Express after work as the staff are so lovely and kind especially Shannon on the tills. She always makes my coffee brilliantly and is so sweet and friendly. Really makes my day at the end of a shift.

I just had the worst flat white of my life at this place. The barista clearly didn?t follow any recipes, he left the milk steaming unattended while making a tiramisu iced latte, and it was a painfully hot mess. Even with two cups, it was still too hot to hold. The two shots of coffee were even coming from different ones, no idea if he used the normal espresso instead of double ristretto??
And the tiramisu latte. The foam was spilling all over the cup, and instead of fixing it properly, he just grabbed a smaller cup and stuck it underneath to catch the overflow. My boyfriend and I were so shocked we had to ask for some tissue to clean it up ourselves (of course, there weren?t any).
I live nearby and have had great coffee here before with skilled baristas and they are very lovely but this one was just unacceptable. They seriously need to tighten up their barista training, this kind of sloppy service completely ruins the experience

Cafe itself is fine but the small male barista was incredibly condescending towards me. Also has made unsolicited comments towards my other female friends too. If you must go here I?d say to avoid being served by him.

The photos of ceramic cups are false. This is an express shop for pick up and go and indoor stools only to sit on.
I always get the hot chocolate chocolate but this time in a paper cup instead of ceramic ?

A small coffee shop located directed next to the station. I enjoy their summer berry fruit tea. There?s plugs so you can charge your phone/laptop. Only a few places to sit.
