The man behind the bar was rude and cocky
Had no cream for coffee
Was served in a takeaway cup although we was sitting in
Was told that the milkshakes were pre made and was out of stock which is a lie as they were available in other stores.

One of the best Caffe Nero, I'm a regular customer and the baristas are so polite and always very good coffee. they keep the same baristas and they are really good. The place is also very Camden-town like. it has a lot good relaxing vibe to it.

Cozy place that serves good coffee with many different variants.
The place is resonable big and we managed to find a space quite fast.

Good espresso. Shame of the dirty tables. Not just in one Cafe Nero but in several locations in London. Means staff is too busy. Staff is very nice and friendly.

Ordered a slice of cheesecake to take away the other day and didn?t open it until I got home and was absolutely SHOCKED at the tiny size of it. Absolute daylight robbery. The tiny slice was only bigger than the size of my finger for £4!

I went to this shop on Nov 13 at around 10:45 am.
The lady who took my order was nice and polite. However, the person who was kind of helper proved to be very rude.
I was there with my family and I asked him to clean a bigger table so we can sit.
That person simply ignored my request and left sitting area without any response and did not clean it. Later I needed some napkins and went at counter to pickup few napkins. I just picked up few without any count and then the same guy told me not to pick that much napkins.
I wish I would have noted the name of the person but I feel that this person was rude and needs proper training

Why are these coffee shops unable to get a simple order right?
I ordered a sausage ciabatta sandwich and was sent a sausage roll pastry.
I complained to uber eats who are now questioning me and trying to say I am lying. I have sent them a picture as proof.
How do you manage to get the order so wrong. And now i have to fight to get my money back.
