Rented a flat from Bentley and Co for 3 years as a student at UCL in London. Had absolutely no troubles! Did have mould in the flat once or twice but Bentley and Co's maintenance contractor came over quickly and sorted the issue, even leaving us supplies for any future problems. Ricke was our agent, he replied quickly to all emails and was consistently available. Payments/contracts were very straightforward and secure, would definitely rent from them again!

I had put down a holding deposit for a flat, upon reconsideration, myself and my flatmate decided to reconsider and continue our flat hunt. Bentley & Co were incredibly understanding and gave us a full refund of the holding deposit! Very professional & fast acting estate agency!

I am a 3rd year medical student at UCL I rented a property through Bentley & Co located on Camden Street. The entire process was very easy from moving in and moving out.Checkout was done when our tenancy ended with short notice they arranged an end of tenancy clean as our company cancelled last minute.Would recommend highly 5 starOur agent was Ricke.
