Terrible,cold inside had to sit with coats on, ordered drinks starters,mains
Starters came they were dreadful garlic mushrooms on some rock solid break that had to prize off metal skillet, awful!!! Drinks never arrived sat 1 hr 20mins freezing ? cold mains didn't arrive so spoke to waitress who was miserable everything to much trouble to her said politely we still not got our mains we sat here 1hr 20mins ! She went asked came back said be another 15 mins! For a bowl of pasta and a pizza!!!! I said for get it! Waited 1 hr 20 mins now,no drinks had arrived freezing cold resturant! ? bring bill pay for starters we will eat else where,absolutely shocking ? wasted all that time,time is precious not getting time back will never ever eat at Ask again will not reccomend to family or friends! No apology from staff or resturant manager! I emailed ask castleford and they said will look into and get back to me of course they haven't!!!! Ask you You are a disgrace! Money tight for lot of us right now so meal out is a treat so looking after customers is paramount don't you agree!!!

Five of Us in our party, at Ask Italian, Thurrock Lakeside, Board Walk, Very Nice food liked by all. Service excellent and the Staff Lovely people, Thank You! And A Special "Big THANK YOU! to Roberto, who made us feel very welcome. We will be back.P.s. Cheers for the gift Roberto, you are a Gentleman and a Scoller?????????

I visited the Ask restaurant in Lewes recently. When our food was brought to table the plate was so hot that I burnt my hand badly. The waitress did not warn us of this fact and the service was very poor also.Staff just standing around and laughing.I originally complained to the manager who said that he would pass my complaint to Head office but I've heard nothing and that was some nearly 6 weeks ago nowI would never visit an ASK restaurant again after this experience
