Seems like the lady at the reception was not happy of customer visit, we bought a bag coz it seemed nice. Upon asking question, her response was why am I asking it. It's like she didn't wanted us to be at the shop. Don't treat your customers like this. Imagine you are visiting a shop and how would you want to be treated by reception. You should do the same.

AWFUL experience!!!If you would like to be ridiculed, talked down to and then kicked out, then this is your place. Never had such an awful experience before.Accesorize was my favourite shop for many years. I frequently poped in to my closest Accessorize at the Baker Street Tube station to see if there was something new. This also was the case on 28 June. I came there after 6 pm and bought some products. I was asked by a Sales Assistant if I wanted to be send a receipt by email. I preferred to be printed it out. I took my shopping and was about to leave. But when I wanted to check if she charged me correctly, I noticed that the assistant gave me only a payment card receipt and not the sales receipt. So, I returned to ask for the receiptShe was apparently knew and did not know how to do it. So, she called her more experienced colleague to assist. The colleague came, checked it and said that it would not be possible. She suggested that if there was any problem, they would recognise their products. However, I wanted to check the calculation so I prefered the receipt. She denied. That is why I wanted her to call a Manager. She replied she was the manager and that I would not get the receipt. I did not feel comfortable. Despite liking the new bought assessories, I decided to return them asking for a refund. Firstly, she agreed, took the assessories, and was about to refund it. When I mentioned, I would like to complain about this. She then answered me: 'In this case, I will not give you any refund.'Therefore, I requested her name. She replied she did not need to give me her name and denied speaking to me further. Not having her name, I decided to take her photo to be able to make a complaint. She and her inexperienced colleague started to shout at me that it was a crime. I opposed that it was a crime to rob their customer. Then, I said that I would call the police. She was ironic, took her phone saying she would call the police first. She left aside.I phoned the police, got a reference number and was advised that the police could not come at the moment, so they recommended me to contact the shop's head office. During the call, the first inexperienced assistant was making fun of me along with a customer who just arrived. Before the call was ended, the police advised me to took the purchased assessories. So, I took them leaving the shop while the inexperienced assistant kept shouting me.I wanted to complain at the head office, but I realized later that they both would witness each other whatever they wanted, so the office would not believe my experience. I keep the products so far, but I do not use them as I do not enjoy them after this awkward experience. I will not return to any Assessorize anymore either.The experienced Sales Assistant was a medium tall, black, slim girl aged between 20 and 30 years, with long black hair. The inexperienced assistant was a bit taller and slimmer than the first one, she looked younger too, she had long blond hair.

Well located Accessorize store, just outside of Baker Street underground station. It is one of the smallest one I've been to from this store-chain, but it's still somehow very well stocked, so if you forgot anything when you left the house for your day in London, they have you covered. From jewelry to hair accessories (so many scrunchies!), scarfs, bags or hats, they've got you covered.

Hello there,Just left your store at baker st.A woman in her 30-40, blond and strong accent just has been the rudest. After few words we had, I said that is clear that Christmas mood is not really in the store and she must have thought I could not hear what she was mumbling ( jesus christ, I was just asking, her words).As well, a customer just asked how much an item cost in Euros and she said " euro doesnt exist here" in the rudest way.I work at customer service and I do know what is having different team, busy time and a lot going on these day, but this is something else.Please do share the feedback with your team.Thanks,Noemi

Never met a worker so rude before!Went in to ask a question and a blond lady worker, maybe in her 30 or 40s was absolutely rude in how she spoke to me and treated me.I am a customer service and hospitality worker so I was really appalled to receive this type of treatment from a supposed professional work place.Won?t be shopping from there again.
