Very happy with the Superdrug store but the pharmacy were very unhelpful in filling a veterinary prescription for my dog, thankfully all the other local pharmacies have been happy to fufil them. I will continue to support these pharmacies for my families and our dogs health needs.

Article today in the FT outlining how the pharmacist here did not admit he was locked out of the system and kept insisting that NHS111 hadn?t sent through a prescription. I think I know who it was as well. Can barely speak English and now on record as having lied to patients. WOW.

Holly the assistant manager is an angel she's very attentive and so lovely to deal with lovely team overall I love that it doesn't get too busy and ppl are always there to help love this branch overall prefer it to brixton branch to erratic for me

Slowest and most rude staff I?ve ever seen. They have a lunch break where the pharmacy closes (no problem with that) but then show up 10 mins after the sign says they will

I had an awful experience at the pharmacy in Superdrugs, Camberwell. I went in to ask for eyedrops, but was then told I had to re-queue at the front if I wanted to pay for the paracetamol I had picked up by the counter at the "pharmacy" section. The staff member behind the counter was simply "doing her job," but it was frustrating. They put the paracetamol there, and we, as customers, are expected to pick up what we need. It doesn?t make sense to ask us to pay separately, especially when I?m already in the process of paying for my eyedrops. If you're not planning to sell something, don?t put it in front of the counter. It's just poor customer service. Surely having items by the counter is to encourage customers to impulse buy?! Added value per transaction!
To be told these are not to be sold her. They put it here. Who's they!? You're management? You have a whole counter of paracetamol here and behind your till but I can't pay for them because you have medication to pick!?
Interestingly, the woman ahead of me was arguing over the exact same issue. Invest in staffing and train your staff to be more helpful. Customer shouldn't have to be made uncomfortable and inconvenienced at your own staffing issues.
Guess what, I went to buy it from the local pharmacy instead. I paid a fraction more but the service was worth it! Shame on you Superdrugs! I wonder how many sells you lose per day just by practicing this poor behaviour.

Use the pharmacey every week in superdrugs the staff are Always very helpfull. And while im waiting i can shop about for anything from baby foods right up to hair dyes perfumes and sooo much more

My partner had been refused the morning after pill due to the pharmacist having ?recognised? them about a week ago. After looking into this more we do not believe the pharmacist was simply following a duty of care and seeing as there are no restrictions on me having picked it up for myself we will be taking this further with head office as well as through claims as we believe it to be an act of discrimination. As much as a pharmacist is entitled to refuse due to their morals, I believe the grounds for refusal was incorrect and given current circumstances in the US it is sad that women are being discouraged to have autonomy over their own body. I discussed the issue with the pharmacist across the road and they were in disbelief.

I have never left a bad review before and this is my first. This store has the rudest staff and this is my worst experience in anywhere. :|
