The rudest, most unhelpful staff I?ve ever come across. Avoid this post office, they entered the address incorrectly for the parcel I was sending, I raised this with them when I saw it in the receipt and they told me ?don?t worry? and refused to update it!The fact that there are so many reviews complaining about how rude the staff are and the service they provide says it all.

Great ladies on the til serving. Whenever sending parcel always arrives quickly. Bare in mind on a Saturday long queues can occur. But they work as hard as they can.

Absolute chaos. I try to avoid coming here if I can. You queue up for up too or even over an hour to get in. Then inside only two staff on the counter serving. When it comes to the place closing it?s even more chaotic. The staff are opening and closing the door with a remote while you?re standing and waiting this causes further delays.They could do with having some extra people on the counter and someone on the door to man those skipping and leaving the premises. Poor service.

The behaviour of the clerk on duty was nothing short of disgraceful. I encountered a level of rudeness and inconsideration that I never thought possible in a customer service setting.From the moment I stepped into the post office, it was clear that the clerk had no interest in providing any form of assistance. Instead of approaching me with a professional demeanour, he resorted to shouting across the entire post office, as if I were an inconvenience to his day. This lack of basic courtesy was not only embarrassing but also completely unprofessional.This experience at the post office was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered. The clerk's behaviour left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and utterly let down by the postal service. It is deeply concerning that someone with such poor interpersonal skills and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction is entrusted with serving the public.Given the abysmal treatment I received, I am now determined to go out of my way to avoid using this post office. I refuse to subject myself to such appalling service again.

Abysmal customer service and possibly from the very manager of the place. Went in to send a parcel, large envelope, paid in advance on Royal Mail website. The lady sitting on the far left tried to put the envelope through the sizer and could not do it. I asked to try it myself as it was obvious she did not make any effort to make it go through. I flattened the envelope and it went through. Her response? Next time I am not going to accept it!!! Did it go through? Yes! Were you wrong? Yes! So why threaten your customer? Because i made you do your job as you should, to be helpful? I have been served few times by this lady and find her unkind, compared to other members of staff. To threaten me after proving her wrong? What a cheek!

Brilliant customer service at this branch. I had a parcel to collect but wasn?t provided with a reference number by the sender. One of the staff very kindly looked for my parcel (among 100 others) the same day when she had a moment.

My worst experience as a customer in a Post Office!I have been robbed by an employee, a woman from the Post Office in Camberwell Green, 234-236 Walworth Road. This woman was sitting at the right side of the counter. She makes me pay a letter of 25 grammes to send somewhere in London £7.35 while I did send the same letter 2 weeks ago in different Post Office for £0.75, the difference of price is £6.6 shocking! When she mentioned the price I did not understand so I asked her again and she did not articulate properly in purpose and because I am a polite person I did not ask again for not to make her inconfortable. When I saw the price at the debit card machine, I had had a shock.I have refused to pay and asked her for my letter back and she refused to give it back to me and she obliged me to pay as she was saying that now that the sticker was printed I have to pay, but I have never accepted this price. This woman is a manipulative, she was acting like it was my fault. she takes advantage of honest people. Her attitude is unacceptable. I would like to know how many people has she robbed like this during her shift every day without retaliation? Her customer service is 0. Avoid this Post Office if you do not want to be her next victim. It should be some investigation on this place and the bad seeds should be removed.

The woman working who is sat towards the right, charged me double to send a large parcel, £16.45, when it shouldn?t have been more than £8. She lied by stating that it was the only option when I came to find out it wasn?t, she took advantage of the fact that I wasn?t familiar with the prices. I know you?ll be reading this at some point, and you know exactly who you are, just remember that what goes around comes around so I hope one day you?ll learn a big lesson not to cheat people, and lie.Not only did she casually and happily lie in my face, but also was very manipulative - taking advantage of my unfamiliarity with the pricing, avoid this place at all costs and go elsewhere, unless you want to be a victim of daylight robbery !Disgusting place and people who steal other?s money, and I hope this branch gets investigated and shut down immediately, no wonder the ratings are so low for this place, if only I had known before coming here !

The two lovely women behind the counters today were helpful, efficient and put a smile on my face. Working with customers and the public in this modern world is not easy. We always comment on bad service but never the good - SO today I want to say thank you for the energy this morning- happy customer

Choose anywhere other than here. ?System doesn?t work on Saturday?s? is the worst excuse I?ve ever heard. Even worse after waiting in line for 30+ minutes. Put up a sign telling customers it isn?t working, don?t waste their time! Such poor business etiquette.

I just would like to thank the amazing team at the post office. I have been going for many years, and I must say, that the staff are so professional, helpful and very kind. Also, Despite some people?s behaviour towards the staff, and the long queue during the busy hours, they always remain calm, polite and professional!Every time I go there, I notice there is a strong team work between the staff, supporting each other, it?s brilliant! The staff are great, and there is the lovely lady, that unfortunately I don?t know her name, she wears glasses, but I call her : the sunshine ?? of the post office because she is literally so nice and helpful.Thank you for your great service ! ??

Place has looked like it's still (maybe it is) under renovation for ages, but I mean what's the point anyway when service is so poor. You've only got the same 2 blokes running the place for a queue that stretches out to the street on most days. I went there a couple weeks ago to deposit some cash into my Sterling account, done it no problem. But yesterday I try to do the same and lady says sorry they don't do it after 12pm. Huh? Ok so I came back earlier today, same lady was there and tells me I need a business account! I said I didn't need one previously but anyway I had one so I give it to her and she says that bank isn't accepted. Yes it fkin is mate just take it ffs! What a waste of time.

Lousy MAIN post office doesn't do gas or electricity vouchers and sends you to a smaller post office to do that
