Terrible shop. Incompetence by some members of staff. False promises and most of the staff don’t know how to operate some of the machines. This shop robbed me money because staff wasn’t able to lock the ticket on SSBT. Don’t gamble in this shop is a shame that they have their gambling licence.

Come here often to place daily bets in the afternoon. The shop team here are better than most places I visit throughout the week.

Very good customer service here but the staff sometimes (more than not) Look very overworked. I usually pop in during the evening after work and there'll often be someone working alone serving a long line of customers.
