“I love this café on the top floor of M&S! I try to go every time I am in London. It is spacious and comfortable, and, if you look around you, everyone looks so happy to be there. You could spend a whole afternoon there catching up with an old friend, feeding your baby, reading a book or simply sitting resting surrounded by shopping bags and no one would hurry you along. The food is delicious and helpings extremely generous. My daughter and I recently had the baked potatoes which came with four cheeses, delicious. The cakes are fresh and fabulous, even better than the ones you buy in the shop. Tea and cakes are served on pretty china.”

“Great little supermarket. The staff are friendly, and they always stock an wide and interesting array of food. For a small supermarket, their vegan selection is amazing and keeps expanding, which is great!”

“Friendly staff very polite, they also have deals at Christmas and other holidays and is one of the cheaper stores to buy from on Southampton way.Compared to the other convenient stores in tbe area, they also have a post office which shuts at 5.30pm which is very handy.”

“Lovely shop always well stocked,free parking good staff...would be good to see them open more cashier counters when busy...no one likes a long wait ;-)... Update, unfortunately Iceland has come to charging its customers for parking ??? which is a shame in this economic climate in 2023, and people struggling with food and energy.Ive been told by staff that Iceland itself has objections to this!!!,but it seems the parking land is Not!!!!,owned by them???& have no say about the parking restrictions.My advice to potential customers, park in the petrol station just pass or before Iceland I believe it's either 30 or 40mins free parking (double check with staff inside), should give you enough time to whizz round an out asap!!!. Happy shopping ? people ??.”

“There are variety of stuff there.. it needs a bit more cleaning from time to time.. or replacing some fridges.. I love when they are making reductions on the oven chicken and oven wings.. salads and bakery.. yummy..”

“Usually well stocked with the essential items I need. I'd like to commend the cashiers, there are 2 women (and 1 gentleman) that are always cheerful, friendly and polite. Good client service is really tough to come by these days, so I always like to pay back a compliment when people are nice and kind! I'm sure that working in a convenience market, dealing with obnoxious (often drunk or rowdy) people and shoplifters is not the most fulfilling job. Keep up the smiles and great work guys!”

“The staff are polite and helpful.Its local to me,if I go shopping or to pick up a little something an what I'm looking for isn't there? Or...sold out I ask staff on the floor if they have it in their stock area.Most times they will go check for me,if its available they bring it out.If not?,they will say don't have but?????,will tell me when replacement stock is coming and call back.”
