Samuel (in-store) was always helpful when I spoke to him, but Carpetright as a company does need to improve its communication with customers. My order was delayed by a number of weeks, as items were out of stock and I wasn’t informed of this. Nor was I informed of the date the work would to be carried out when this was finalised. I had to chase this information myself. A number of times, Carpetright told me to expect a confirmation email that never materialised.”
