This is my first time in this costa Denmark hill??I have been in so many costa but the staff of this costa specially Piruntha and kandee is so so good?.even they ask me 2-3 times to make sure I get my drink whatever I order??they both are so friendly kind good communication good team and the most good thing is that they offering good service which is a customer expect from them?..overall nice experience and good service i got ????..special thanks to Piruntha and kandee to make my day good and happy ??????

The man at the till today 16th may 2025 he was so rude to me just because I put small tissue on the toilet floor he made me pick it up i had a very bad experience and that worker needs to be fired

The team here are so lovely and always very friendly. I come in and they remember my order and make it without hesitation. Especially Selva who is very welcoming and gets my drink order right everytime. Would definitely recommend this Costa.

I visited the store while i was in the middle of a zoom, I wanted a spoon for my yoghurt and asked the staff to assit and she proceeded to tell me if I was buying anything to receive the spoon - this was a shock to me. As I was in the meeting I wanted to sit down and finish off and have a think of what I would fancy and what work load I would have after the meeting. The server instead wanted to argue with me and refused to give her name - she was super rude and aggressive. In the end she opted to call security and they told her she can?t refuse her name - she gave the name Munda however I feel like she was lying. The whole ordeal was quite embarrassing and I was shocked to receive this type of customer service from costa

Rude condescending staff that keep over charging me .

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn't even remember what I ordered as I ordered it. Felt like they were abit absent minded and then asking silly questions about my order when I just stated what I wanted which showed PIRUNTHA wasn't NOT listening. Then her colleague also made the order wrong.
This is the worst Costa! Better off going to others and Piruntha was rude speaking over me. She does not have good customer service skills and can be abit sarcastic. She also made me feel cheap because I wanted a small cup size of tea.
This is not professional and I will be contacting head office.
You will cause Costa to lose valuable customers with your attitude towards them.
Other coffee stores whatever you order even if it's cheap they just add it on the till and don't try to have you buy a larger cup. I am a student and this was very unethical!
Try starbucks and other Costa shops they're definetly more friendly and professional including not sarcastic. They don't shame you in other shops because you want a smaller cup.
Never coming back here again and telling all my coffee lover friends including fellow students. That's atleast a lost of 20 customers! All the best, they may close this shop down if she continues with that attitude.

Whenever I have visited this particular branch of Costa I have always received lovely customer service. Occasionally I have had to remind the barista of my order, but they have always rectified it with grace and without any delay.
Tables are usually clean and there are plenty of seats.

Not bad but there were coofees that we wanted was not available which can happen nothing runs smooth but then you think there is not a lot of choices in the menu it's not like you running a large restaurant so you should have everything in the menu..
