Just been stopped going in at 1050 when they close at 11. I?d understand if it was like 1056/7 but a full 10 mins early is ridiculous for a small shop.

New layout, felt more are products on display, better bakery section, more self-service kiosks. Queuing system needs to be improved
Update: previously 4 stars, now I only give 2 - maybe too much!! What?s the point closing off one door?? Yes, London is getting more and more dangerous, to the point steaks are locked in security boxes. But it?s so awkward to enter via the kiosk area where you have a queue blocking the entry. Also, I understand fruits and veg don?t have a long shelf life but seriously?! A lettuce that?s half-rotten for 51p?!

Absolutely foul. This place is ridiculous: it often smells strongly like piss or BO in the entrance , the reduced section is particularly horrendous, consisting of opened food items which sit on the shelf for weeks/months.
Security guards have been leery in the past but have now changed.
Unlike most shops, you have to enter through the exit which means you have to squeeze past the queue to get in.
Loud alarm sounds always randomly going off.
One positive experience I?ve had here was actually really nice I overheard two neighbours reuniting here and one had heard a rumour the other had died, but they?d found out it wasn?t true.
Cash machine inside, which is useful and delivery lockers.
However, overall experience is this is honestly one of the worst branches of any supermarket I?ve been to in the UK. Poorly run/managed and smelly.
Member prices are a joke, very expensive. Silly discounts not worth getting the card

Every time I go to this store there?s no basket. Seriously, what?s happened to them?! They usually have supply issues with various products as well with shelves being empty for days/weeks.

Just went to this branch and asked the cashier if she could exchange 1 pound coin to 2 pounds to use at the laundry next door . The female staff was unfriendly and treated me with suspicion, stating that there were lots of fake coins going around. I picked up something so I could get the change I needed, and she was still with that unfriendly face! I know that women are mean to one another sometimes for no apparent reason .I was hoping that at work they would be more professional and unbiased. Hated the service, and I'd never come back !

Out-of-date items frequently still on shelf - sometimes many days past use by date. Milk is particularly bad. This has been going on for months and has not improved.

As stores go this place is very average but it gets 5 stars from me simply because of the lovely blonde ???? lady behind the counter, a lovely smile and pretty face!
