Staff member popped my balloon when putting it in the bag & she didn?t blow the balloons up good because when i came home it had a hole and the second balloon was already deflating

Collected a click and collect. I was acknowledged when I went into the shop and a staff member got the details and went to get the parcel. He and all the other staff were so friendly, polite with customers and making suggestions. The man who served me was laughing and joking with other customers. I left feeling that customer service is alive and well in this store. Well Done!!!!??

Prices are good but customer service can be absolute rubbish... lady serving today calling me over with hello, not excuse me, shouting you need to pay it hasn't gone through. I walk back yo the till look at the screen and say, that's not my shopping(I knew it had already gone through). She said oh it's hers. Another customer. No offer of receipt. Not someone I would employ.

Very poor customer service was turned away during opening hrs and told \\\"no more balloons for today\\\" by two miserable looking sods, despite me needing them for the following morning. If you are in camberwell forget this place Card Corner is a 2 mins walk away the guy is friendly, welcoming, open till 6.30 and has a far better and cheaper selection.

So dissatisfied with the customer service black lady at the desk. I'm waiting patiently for her to finish what she was doing. When she had finished she just stared at me. I had to ask are u serving now looked so miserable.Wheres the greeting????I Work as a dental receptionist I could never serve a customer the way she had today.Never going I here again.

Great shop, products and price. However in this particular shop the staff were so unwelcoming and miserable. Moaned and huffed when I asked for my balloons to be inflated. Never experienced that at any other card factory store.
