Andrea at the Zara in Duke of York Square gave me the most amazing customer service. She was so kind, warm, and always smiling, and she genuinely took an interest in talking to me. It made such a difference to my shopping experience she?s a true star! Please can you make sure this reaches her?

I visited Slone square brunch today. On my pay I?ve been surprised by the cashier,s attention called JOAO. He checked all items I handed to him A-Z to make sure everything is ok. He changed one of item due to having a spot on and no ticket on it.
He?s been polite, well presented, clear? soft spoken and caring. Overall he delivered a brilliant customer service in very a professional manner. I?m happy with my shopping. Thanks to JOAO ?

The store had a great selection of styles, as expected from Zara. Everything was well-organised and easy to browse. The staff were polite and helpful, and I didn?t have to wait long for the fitting rooms or checkout. A good shopping experience overall in central London.

I was in a big rush today and was looking for a specific item I?d seen online. Demi who was at the fitting rooms offered assistance and kindly and patiently searched for the item for me. She was very polite and extremely patient. I greatly appreciated her willingness as she made my evening when she found it. 10/10 service. The whole store is very nice too, clean and organised. Love it!

Extremely bad . No one on tills . Only ground floor open can't pay at till downstairs. Usual problem. You like us to que!!

The store in itself is nice, but god please the manager in the men section which sits at the till in the changing room. Don?t have to name him because everyone who?s been in this store once or manages the store can guess. Never stops talking, loud, thinking is running the show. Can someone please tell him is a store manager at Zara and not the owner of Hermes? Rude, fast paced and annoying towards clients and staff. Someone should check his work approach because is honestly unbearable. I don?t mind shopping at Zara but for sure I will never return to this one with such person. The rest of the staff was nice and polite though and selection was nice.

Terrible customer service, I usually shop from both men and women?s section and the manager forced me to only try the clothes from men?s department in the fitting rooms on the floor where men?s/ kids clothes are. The women?s clothes that I had, he forced me to leave them outside as he said I had to go to the fitting room one floor up where women?s clothes are. I wasn?t aware that these fitting rooms are gendered. It seems very absurd to me, especially since I?m actually shopping from the men?s department, and the way the manager treated me was appalling.
